I feel gypped
my manuscript
must not have been compelling
to elongate
the entry date
is really rather telling
I don't know why
I continue to try
it seems I'm just a glutton
a hookless hasp
of limited grasp
a hole without a button.

just try and remember all the rejections, some of the great had--you've go this!
I wrote this 6 months ago when they extended the deadline, and since my entry was already in I figured my odds weren't too good but didn't want to post this until I knew - oh well, plan B is already in action. Thanks for the encouraging words!!
