Everywhere I see failure
Is everywhere I’ve been
It seems to be my nature
A misfit among men
I can’t pretend I’m bothered
By disapproving stares
And thus I've blithely squandered
Opportunities to spare
And everyday the ruins
Of past defeats remind
A chump whose luck is truant
don’t get too entwined.
