Unfit

Perpetual pursuit
of precepts that're moot
will only dangle sour fruit

resist the status quo
and suddenly you'll know

In my youth, my movement was fear directed. As I grew older, healthier, happier, I learned to be travers and then prefer the road less traveled. Along that route we find our happiness and ourselves.

Hey Kim, that's the only way to travel as far as I'm concerned, I actually wrote this for vetse first but haven't had a chance to post it there yet.

Always good at least to question the status quo, I think! That is the only way to bring about change.

In your comment, do you mean 'Verse First'? I think this is where you posted it. At least that is where I found it. Smiles.

Loved this, great truth in lovely words, well expressed. To see life through others perspectives is enriching and a gift.

Hey everyone, thanks for your great comments, I stopped fitting in a long time ago, if I ever did at all.
