Dishing

When you operate a diner
it gobbles up your time
but I'm not a whiner
just a poet doomed to rhyme

and if you come here starving
you'll never have to wait
for I am always carving
always trying to create

an entree that's fulfilling
but also tasty too,
it's grueling ever grilling
for the patronizing few.
