Descendants of the snake
will fastidiously flake
aside the withered husk
of every foothold they forsake
encouraging the ache
that comes from being brusk
and darting for that little break
between the rocks where they can make
it safely to the soothing dusk
whose inky tendrils take
away the need to fake.

Hey thanks a lot Nick, that's one of the nicest things anyone could say because that is my main focus - originality. I love your blog and have added it to my links, look forward to interacting with you. Take care,
