Oh little piece of metal bent
just so to help one circumvent
the anarchy of looseleaf piles
unleashed by those long-winded styles
that read more like a legal tract
but posted rules were quite exact
so on I dig through every drawer
to find what I am searching for
refusing nerve a chance to slip
for want of a simple paper clip.
