Bad Form

Nothing can thrive in cement
I know, it’s a rigid lament;
you may point to a rose
and imply it’s content
but if it could speak
I’m sure it would vent
about the extent
of this gray miscreant
conveying dissent.
Nothing can thrive in cement.

Bob, I love the play on words and the double-entandra (I never spell that right.) of the title.

Hmmm. I wonder if this will work? Let me know if you don't get this comment! Haha! Great poem by the way.
