The freedom from oppression that you seek
has never been an option for the meek
you’re sure you haven’t got another cheek?
How quickly the condemned forget their place
deterring the advancement of our race
through arrogant dismissal of disgrace;
but such is the condition of our kind
obsessed with signing self-indulgent laws
that contradict the only shining rule
and bind us using bonds of blackest ink,
inhibiting the liberty to think
with rhetoric, their most effective tool.
Whenever you feel stuck take time to pause
and learn the limitations in your mind.
